Cleaning requests and bookings

We use the contact, property and scheduling details you provide to prepare quotes, arrange cleaning and send customer notifications. Quote requests are shared with our team, including our virtual assistant. Online bookings are handled through BookingKoala.

Website and advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Facebook Pixel from Meta to measure website visits, successful quote requests and advertising results, and to improve ad delivery. These services may receive IP addresses, browser and device information, page addresses, advertising identifiers and event information. We do not include your name, email, phone number or cleaning details in our quote conversion events.

Google call measurement, when configured, uses forwarding numbers to measure connected calls and their duration. A phone-button tap alone is not counted as a completed call. A measured call is not proof of a booking or a qualified customer.

Your choices

Advertising measurement is blocked until acceptance in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada and locations we cannot determine. Canada is treated as requiring consent because our country lookup cannot identify Quebec separately. Elsewhere measurement may run without a banner, but an explicit refusal or supported Global Privacy Control signal blocks it. Our current Google Analytics tag is also held behind this choice because it can send linked advertising signals.

Your browser stores a visitor reference, your choice, its time, the region and the notice version shown. Earlier acceptance evidence is retained when you withdraw. Clearing browser storage removes these local records. You can reject or withdraw at any time below or through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal blocks new events; events blocked earlier are not replayed after acceptance.
